Eklutna, Inc. now offers a construction and demolition waste disposal site in addition to its existing fill site both of which are located within our gravel pit in Eagle River at 13950 Eklutna Park Drive.

The new site opened in late summer of 2025 and only accepts certified fill. It is not open to the general public and prior authorization is needed before the site may be used. To obtain authorization, please fill out the Acceptance Criteria and Disposal Application and send the completed form to erftinfo@eklutnainc.com.

The site is open seasonally M-F from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm and we accept non-organic waste such as materials used in construction and demolition. The following list includes, but is not limited to, the items that we do NOT accept:

  • Liquid Waste
  • Food or Organic Waste
  • Oily Waste
  • Hazardous Waste
  • Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCB’s)
  • Treated Wood

At our existing fill site, we accept the following excavated materials:
(Please note we DO NOT accept mixed loads)

  • Clean Fill
  • Broken Asphalt
  • Concrete
  • Grubbing (NO BRUSH)
  • Non-Compactable Fill (muddy/soupy, silt)
  • Slurry
  • Trees / Stumps / Brush
