**In anticipation of Eklutna, Inc.’s projected growth and future needs, Eklutna Development Services, LLC (EDS, LLC) was established as the holding company for the Corporation. The primary purposes of EDS, LLC are to umbrella and manage selected entities of the Corporation’s future subsidiaries. This structure adds stability to the decision-making processes and provides for consistency of management and commitment to new ventures. One of the benefits of having LLCs under a holding company is that LLCs can utilize the experience of their holding company, and vice versa. By utilizing the resumes of multiple LLCs, it allows for newer LLCs to have better opportunities to bid on projects, a point recognized by government contracting agencies. New subsidiaries will be established for business ventures, joint ventures and teaming opportunities.
