Current, Past & Ongoing Projects
- Teamed with Weldin Construction, a large Alaskan contractor, ES, LLC is currently working on two projects on Elmendorf Air Force Base, with additional projects being discussed.
- Repair Storm Drainage System to Port of Anchorage
- Install Advanced Meter Reading System to Various EAFB Buildings

- Subcontracted to Davis Constructors & Engineers, Inc., ES, LLC performed tenant improvements to a newly-constructed Intermodal Transportation Building for Cook Inlet Tribal Council (CITC).
- BLM Survey Contract utilizing 638 Contracting.
- Leasing large commercial tracts of land and buildings. Clientele include but are not limited to: The Federal Bureau of Investigation, Spenard Builders Supply, Office Depot, Centerfield Properties, and various cell phone provider tower sites.
- Development of a premier residential subdivision, Powder Ridge in Eagle River, encompassing over 300 homes.
- Conceptual / master planning of another residential development, Powder Reserve also in Eagle River. Final design and construction anticipated to begin in 2011. This planned community is designed to include 1560 single family homes, with a new school site and a 6.5 acre commercial/retail development within the master plan.
