Centerfield Properties, LLC (CPL) was created in April 2008, as a single purpose entity. This business model is how the Corporation is going to be structuring business expansion as independent LLC’s. Creating CPL enabled the Corporation to diversify and qualify for a Bureau of Indian Affairs’ (BIA) interest subsidy program. The commercial building asset held by this entity is fully leased with three tenants: Eklutna, Inc., R.P. Kinney and Associates and LPD Bookkeeping. As the Corporation develops future facilities, we will utilize this business model.
