The Small Business Administration’s 8(a) program was designed to give small, minority businesses an added advantage when applying for federal contracts. Companies owned by tribes or Alaska native corporations receive the added flexibility of being able to receive sole-source contracts of unlimited value.
 Eklutna Services, LLC is a new subsidiary primarily focused on construction, development, facility design/build and leasing and government contracting. The new subsidiary was set up to become the development and management arm of Eklutna Inc.
