A. Debbie Fullenwider

A. Debbie Fullenwider has been with Eklutna Inc. since 1973. She has held many leadership positions with the company including the position of President. Currently, she is the Vice President, a member of the 12(a) & 12(b) Land Selection Committee, as well as the Eagle River Comprehensive Plan. Debbie is also a member of the North Anchorage Land Agreement committees and is the Chairperson of Eklutna Development Services Incorporated (an Eklutna, Inc. holding company). Debbie has served in various capacities with subsidiaries of the Village Corporation.

As a former Director of Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI), Debbie served its Shareholders for more than 13 years. She held the position of Assistant Secretary to the Board, was a member of the Executive and Nominating Committees, and participated in the CIRI Land Trade. Debbie also served CIRI through its subsidiary corporations as a Director of Peak Oilfield Services and the former Pacific Mining Corporation.

As a Director of Cook Inlet Tribal Council (CITC), Debbie has served as Secretary and Board member. She also participated as a member of the Audit, Executive, Employment and Training Advisory Committees. Currently, she is the Chairperson of the CITC Fund Raising Committee and a member of the Finance Committee. Debbie has been associated with CITC for over 21 years.

Debbie's past community activities include the Anchorage Equal Rights Commission as Chairperson of the Standing Committee on the Promotion of Tolerance and Diversity, Anchorage Boys and Girls Club, Chugiak State Park and the Providence Hospital Advisory Board.

She was also a former assistant of F.E.M.A Region 10-Disaster.
