Eklutna Development Services, Incorporated, (EDSI), was formed to be the holding company for Eklutna, Inc. The primary purpose of EDSI is to own and manage multiple subsidiaries. New LLC’s will be established for new business ventures, joint ventures, teaming opportunities, and new developments. A nine (9)-member board has been established with revolving 3-year terms; this adds stability to the decisions being made, the ability to follow-through and develop the new ventures. It insulates the holding company from potential politics of the parent corporation.
