Michael Curry has been an Eklutna, Inc. Board member where he has held the various positions of Chairman, President and Vice-President over a span of 16 years. With the establishment of Eklutna Services, LLC., which recently received its 8(a) government certification, he holds the position of Vice President and Board member. Michael has also sat on the Knakanan Board of Directors as President and has been a Board member of Eklutna Utilities Inc.

Michael has been self employed since 1982, where Little Bear Construction focuses on site excavation and other earth work. He has been responsible for directing corporate strategy, planning and research, raising capital, insurance and bonding, managing legal, regulatory, administrative, financial, recruitment and human resources. He has also worked on and coordinated projects with civil, structural, environmental engineering and architectural firms, contractors, planners, contract administrators, developers, and others who understand the different professional perspectives held in construction projects and documents.

His experience is also in environmental permitting, regulatory compliance, governmental affairs, agency coordination, project development services, planning, zoning and community developmental procedures from being on various committees and has worked with the Federal and State governmental procurement guidelines and the contracting process. Michael is a member of the NALA Executive Committee, the 12(b) Committee and CIRI Sand & Gravel Committee. He also is a member of Municipality of Anchorage committees, Long-Range Transportation Plan Committee and the Eagle River Comprehensive Plan Committee. Michael is the Chairman of the Powder Reserve Master Association.

A. Debbie Fullenwider has been with Eklutna, Inc. since 1973. She has held many leadership positions with the company including the position of President. Currently, she is the Vice President, a member of the 12(a) & 12(b) Land Selection Committee, as well as the Eagle River Comprehensive Plan. Debbie is also a member of the North Anchorage Land Agreement committees and is the Chairperson of Eklutna Development Services Incorporated (an Eklutna, Inc. holding company). Debbie has served in various capacities with subsidiaries of the Village Corporation.

As a former Director of Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI), Debbie served its Shareholders for more than 13 years. She held the position of Assistant Secretary to the Board, was a member of the Executive and Nominating Committees, and participated in the CIRI Land Trade. Debbie also served CIRI through its subsidiary corporations as a Director of Peak Oilfield Services and the former Pacific Mining Corporation.

As a Director of Cook Inlet Tribal Council (CITC), Debbie has served as Secretary and Board member. She also participated as a member of the Audit, Executive, Employment and Training Advisory Committees. Currently, she is the Chairperson of the CITC Fund Raising Committee and a member of the Finance Committee. Debbie has been associated with CITC for over 21 years.

Debbie's past community activities include the Anchorage Equal Rights Commission as Chairperson of the Standing Committee on the Promotion of Tolerance and Diversity, Anchorage Boys and Girls Club, Chugiak State Park and the Providence Hospital Advisory Board.

She was also a former assistant of F.E.M.A Region 10-Disaster.

Kim Zello was elected to the Eklutna, Inc. Board as the 2007/2008 Treasurer. Additionally, she has served as a Director and Corporate Officer in various positions since 1986.

Kim is a 1989 graduate of Alaska Pacific University with a B.A. in Management Science. She has lived in Palmer with her husband and two children for the last 12 years. In 2006/2007 she served as a Director for Alaska State Horseshows, Inc. She is a former 4-H Volunteer Leader.

Kim has been a licensed Realtor since 2004 and currently holds her license at LeValley Realty, LLC of Wasilla, Alaska. LeValley Realty LLC specializes in Property Management, Homeowner's Association Management and Sales. Kim also has her own business as a Consultant for Mary Kay, Inc.

With Eklutna, Inc. being the largest land owner in the Anchorage area, Kim offers valuable general business experience and background in the real estate industry.

Born December 28, 1954 in Palmer, Alaska, Lee Stephan attended Chugiak Elementary and Chugiak, West and Galena High Schools while obtaining a general education diploma in 1974. He also attended a vocational school in Kenai to become a certified Marine Deck-hand. Lee tried his hand at corporate board service first time in 1982, lasting one term. After gaining a little more knowledge and experience, he returned to serve the Shareholders of Eklutna, Inc. from 1984-2007, a total of 26 consecutive years of selfless service. Besides being a Board Member, he has held the board officer posts of Treasurer, Vice-President and President and held the position of interim Chief Executive Officer from November 2005 to May 2006.

From 1986 to 1988, he attempted to secure an Associates degree in business administration from Alaska Pacific University and later University of Alaska, but due to the shear volume of responsibilities, family of four children and a wife, work as the Corporation vice-president, he surrendered his chance at a degree to service the people as a Community Health Representative. Then in 1991, began his career as Tribal Administrator and later titled Chief Executive Officer, to the 1984 reactivated tribal government of the Native Village of Eklutna. In that capacity, Lee served 264 tribal members until May 2006.

Lee was appointed to the Rural Governance Commission in 1998-99, during the Tony Knowles administration. He saw through to the completion of what was named the Millennium Agreement, which was signed between tribes and the State of Alaska. Lee served on the Alaska Federation of Natives Board of Directors; Alaska Inter-Tribal Council; Alaska Native Health Board; Alaska Tribal Health Consortium Board and the Rural-Cap board, as alternate. On behalf of Eklutna, Inc., he secured them a seat at the Alaska Tribal Health Compact negotiations with the Indian Health Services in which Eklutna, Inc. became one of only two actual tribes, or the thirteen Health Compact co-signer of Alaska, taking over management of the Alaska Native Health Care system.

Mr. Stephan enjoys his time with is grandson Jordon Lee Wilde-Stephan at his home in Eklutna Village, Alaska, as well as attending to his subsistence lifestyle of hunting and fishing.

Maria Coleman currently supports the Board of Directors as its Corporate Secretary. Maria was elected by the Shareholders to the Eklutna, Inc. Board for seven different terms since 1997 and was appointed by the Board at various times as Secretary, Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer. Maria gained valuable experience by serving on the EAFB Community Environmental Board and U.S. Army Ft. Richardson RAB, 2003-2007; Eklutna River Watershed Council, 2003-2007; Native Village of Eklutna Tribal Council, 1998-2004; UAF Cooperative Extension Service Advisory Council, 2002-2004; Eklutna Utilities, Inc. Board of Directors, 1995-1997; and the Alaska Migrant Education Statewide Advisory Council, 1994-1997.

During the 2006-2007 term, Maria Coleman served on the NALA Executive Committee, Powder Ridge Master Homeowners Association, EDSI Bylaws/Policy Committee, and the Municipality of Anchorage Mt. Baldy Committee. In recent years, she has also served on the CIRI Sand & Gravel committee, Eklutna Policy Committee, 12(b) Selection Committee, and has conducted other assignments as directed by the Eklutna, Inc. Board.

Maria's work experience as an employee of Eklutna, Inc. and Native Village of Eklutna (NVE) began after ten years of being an at-home mom. Beginning in 1995, Maria learned the nuts and bolts of corporate documents, regulations, computer operation, grant writing, policy development, government-to-government consultations, historical and cultural data interviews, research, report writing, and speaking up for Indian Children/ICWA compliance. During this time, Maria served as a member of the tribe's NAHASDA Housing Commission, Finance Committee, Policy Committee, and was selected by a tribal Elder to serve as a Tribal Judge. Employment with NVE ended in March 2007, and work on the home front is underway.

Maria Coleman graduated from Copper Valley School in May 1971; attended federal and private trainings covering federal regulations, financial management, business management, policy, Roberts Rules of Order, ICWA, NAHASDA, environmental topics, employment, tribal court, Indian Law, grant writing, and other topics. Village Management Institute, May 23-29, 2004, Sheldon Jackson College; F/T University of Alaska 1989-1991, Business and Accounting emphasis, one archeological class University of Alaska 2006, Dena'ina in Anchorage; F/T Anchorage Community College 1981-1982, Art emphasis; and OJT in every work position since day one.

Maria Coleman, daughter of Elizabeth (Ezi) Mills, is the granddaughter and great granddaughter of the honored Ezi Chiefs of Eklutna and Matanuska. Maria is also one of 10 adopted children of Herlee and Rita Stineburg of Palmer, Alaska. Maria has five children and 13 grandchildren as well as several "Spirit" Children, those that just claim her and belong.

Curtis McQueen became the Chief Executive Officer of Eklutna, Inc. on Oct. 1, 2007. He joined the Eklutna family in February 2005 as the Communications and Shareholder Relations Manager. Among his many responsibilities, Curtis directs and facilitates all Corporate Communications, Public Relations and Shareholder Relations on behalf of Eklutna, Inc. Curtis brings a combination of postsecondary education and 20 years of business, communications, project management, administrative management and governmental affairs experience and has worked extensively in the Native community.

Curtis is a Tlingit Indian from Southeast Alaska. He is from the Eagle-Killer Whale Clan, is a Tlingit & Haida Indian Tribes of Alaska member, and is a shareholder of Sealaska Corporation.

According to the Eklutna, Inc. Bylaws, Article V, Section 1, officers need not be directors of the Corporation.
